The Global Health Network - user registration process FAQs 

 

When you register to The Global Health Network, you will be asked to identify a valid email to associate with your account. Before you will be able to login, you must first verify your email address. 

-          Put your registration details including the email you want to use on your account via the registration page: https://globalhealthtrials.tghn.org/signup/ 

-          The system will then send you an email with a confirmation link.

-          The email will come from: info@globalhealthehub.org with subject line: Confirm e-mail address for Global Health Trials

-          The email will contain a message and a link – you will need to click on the longer confirmation link to confirm your email address.

Once you have clicked the confirmation link you will be taken to the network pages and you should now be able to login to the site.


Some common issues you may experience when confirming your account are:

-          Please check your spam box in case the email has been filtered there.

-          In some cases the confirmation email may be blocked if this is the case please contact your local IT administrator for assistance.

-          Please always allow emails from: info@globalhealthehub.org & info@theglobalhealthnetwork.org. You can then request a new confirmation be re-sent.

-          Your confirmation link may have expired – in this case as above you can request a new confirmation link.

-          The email you are trying to use to request the confirmation link may not be correct please make sure to check the details are correct.
