The Global Health Network Research Clubs are simple to set up and sustainable, even in busy settings. They bring together nurses, doctors, laboratory staff, community health workers and research staff to ask better questions, build practical research skills, and lead locally relevant studies that can improve policy and practice.
What?
Research Clubs are friendly, open, regular meetings where colleagues learn about health research to build skills, share ideas, and generate evidence where they work.
Why?
Most hospitals, clinics and laboratories support research but do not often lead their own studies. Research is usually designed and driven from elsewhere. The Global Health Network as developed this concept so that they are easy to set up and powerful in building research skills and confidence. Helping you take this step in your healthcare setting.
How?
On this page you will find everything you need here to start and run your own Research Club. Then, within The Global Health Network there are other tools, training and resources that can support you. The study builder facility guides every step and links to all the tools and training to give you the skills and resources your teams will need.
Research Clubs help healthcare teams move from discussing evidence to creating it.
