Enhancing research capacity strengthening:
Lessons from EDCTP Regional Networks of Excellence in 
Leadership, Training and Science (DELTAS) consortia

For over a decade EDCTP has been working to connect research teams across Africa in these networks of excellence. There has been tremendous success that has built careers, strengthened programmes and delivered vital evidence. This symposium provided participants with the opportunity to meet the leaders and the teams from the DELTAS consortia to discuss together how to connect excellence better across Africa to build on this success and grow our partnerships.
